Single Slope Manufacturing Plant

Built with future expansion in mind, currently this 131,750 sf facility is a single sloped 125' x 825' Kirby pre-engineered building with an eave height of 28'. Additionally it has a clear span lean-to at 30' x 850'. The roof is Galvalume SS360 with R-Panel, PVDF finished wall panels. This custom steel building has multiple roof curbs for heavy equipment, a partial mezzanine, and multiple cranes throughout the facility.

As part of the expansion, the company was able to add more than 100 new jobs in St. Lucie County and planned to roll more than 1,500 new boats off its assembly line within the first year destined for boating markets far and wide.
